Buyers and renters can explore properties through map- and grid-based search, while agents, brokers, developers, institutions, and other property stakeholders gain a more modern channel for reaching active demand.

Unlike platforms designed primarily around North American listing infrastructure, Arawak is being developed around the realities of Caribbean property markets — where inventory is often fragmented across brokerage websites, social media, direct relationships, institutional portfolios, and offline networks.
